By purchasing or using KDP Launch Kit ("the Product"), you agree to these terms.
Upon payment, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Product for your own publishing projects. You may not resell, redistribute, or share the tool or its source files.
Payments are processed securely by Creem (our Merchant of Record). All prices are in USD. Sales tax or VAT, where applicable, is handled by the payment provider.
Because this is a digital product, all sales are final. If the Product does not function as described, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will review your request.
All titles, descriptions, and keywords generated by the Product are provided for your use. You are responsible for reviewing and editing any output before publishing.
The Product is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any loss arising from its use, including lost publishing income.
